Upholding The Remembrance of a Homeland & Her People
In the framework of the Venice Art Biennale 2017, Ariela Wertheimer is presenting an exciting exhibition in Palazza Mora of illuminated art works using a combination of techniques dealing with the depths of all of our souls.

The light boxes are made from metal and are a combination of acrylic painting on wood panels with photographic transparencies on plexiglass and LED lighting inside.

The Exhibition is open from 11th may – 31st october. You are welcome.

The Farkash Gallery is proud to present selected photographs by Almagul Menlibayeva.
Menlibayeva creates a poetic blend of video and performance in a unique setting that brings together topics of Islamic cultural tradition and contemporary art, creating a language of so-called Punk Shamanism to present her view of her surrounding world and cultural history. Menlibayeva practice stems from her educational background in the Soviet Russian avant-garde school of Futurism, which she combines with a nomadic aesthetic of post-Soviet, contemporary Kazakhstan.
